International Law Schools and Programs in Spain

International Law

Bircham University’s International law program is the native structure to settle disputes both in foreign policies and global financial transactions. The International law program describes how global law and its administrations influence the ways nations and transnational businesses rationalise their claims, reject their challengers, build alliances and negotiate possible compromises. The program provides valuable information on the principles of global law and the issues facing its application, including the use of military power, worldwide human rights, environment, arm control, investment and trade. The political and legal class of global organisations is also discussed. An effective international law must reunite between the claims and the customs of states and transnational businesses. Subjects covered on this course include: International Law, Protection of Human Rights, International Legal Procedures, Trade Marks & Intellectual Rights, Non-profit Global Organizations – NGOs, International Trade, International Environmental Law, Crime Law and Prevention, International Public Law, International Business Law, International Crime & Security, Cyberspace Law, International Finance & Taxation and Multinational Management.
