Study in Jerusalem, Israel

There aren’t many more famous sites than the ancient, Holy City of Jerusalem – an area of both religious enlightenment and incredible conflict. The city is rooted in a history as old as some faiths, with a dazzling multicultural environment unrivaled in much of the world. The city, however, has grown to be more than a destination for wandering pilgrims. Its higher education institutions have risen from years of national turmoil- to become some of the best in the world.

Jerusalem is in a constant state of improvement when addressing their educational practices. The city is always undergoing new projects to build, improve or repair facilities at all levels of education, as well as upgrade their higher education programs to better benefit all students. Both local and international candidates can find a place in Jerusalem’s schools, whether at a major university, technical college, international school or specialty school. A majority of individuals in Jerusalem attend colleges or universities with a Jewish religious affiliation or Jewish study programs. These are considered to be better-funded institutions than their Arab counterparts, which are more likely to teach in Arabic and associate with Islam or other religions. The inequality is quickly fading away, however, with the implementation of new programs and practices from the Israeli government.
