The London International Study Centre was created in 2003 with the purpose to help students make an effortless transfer between living with their families and moving to a boarding school. The leaders of the organization had noticed that many students did not have the necessary language skills to cope in an English speaking environment, and LISC aims to bridge this gap by creating a caring, friendly and warm environment for international students. In this way, students find it easier to deal with homesickness and achieve better academic results. The school’s educational philosophy is EAT – English at all times. This is achieved by combining the English language structured training with numerous social activities, personalized sports activities as well as accommodation with guardianship.
