Grand Canyon University is a private, Christian university, established in 1949 as a non-profit liberal arts college. The school is located in Phoenix, Arizona, and is regionally accredited by the Higher Learning Commission. It offers online and campus-based higher education services, focused on graduate and undergraduate degree programs in education, liberal arts, business, and healthcare. These are taught through the six colleges: the Ken Blanchard College of Business, College of Education, College of Nursing and Health Sciences, College of Liberal Arts, College of Doctoral Studies and College of Fine Arts and Production. Grand Canyon strives to meet the needs of regular undergraduate students as well as working professionals.
