CIDOB is a specialized international affairs center in Barcelona, focused on the promotion of good global governance. It strives to ensure people’s basic needs for freedom by offering political figures – both ordinary citizens and international organizations – as well as information and ideas that will help create policies that promote a safer and freer life for all. The center is an influential player in foreign policy creation, both on city and European level. Fundación CIDOB acts as a link between leading centers of international studies in Europe by offering ideas, analysis and proposals and providing specialized information, which enables strategic thinking and contributes to a wider international debate.
