The Superior Center of Hospitality and Tourism is an institution of higher learning, offering programs in both the hotel and tourism industry. It is officially approved and recognized by the Valencia Ministry of Education and Culture, and strives to apply a good variety of teaching methods, including online and video conference training; national and international company training; local training at superior centers of tourism in Valencia, and others. The Superior Center of Hospitality and Tourism is recognized as one of the top five tourism institutions within Europe and the leading institution in Spain. Some of the courses it offers are the following: Professional Certification in Service, Cuisine, Hotel Receptionist, Room Service and Housekeeping (all recognized by the Work and Social Ministry); Professional Certification of Hotel Business and Tourism; Professional Certification of Employment; Professional Certification of Europe Hotel Diploma (EUROHDIP), the Highest Qualification in The European Tourism Sector; Professional Certification of Food Safety Recognized by the Ministry of Health. Finally, the school is exceptionally open to international students, having signed more than 30 agreements with schools in Europe, Africa, and America.
