The gastronomy of Andorra is mountain-style gastronomy. Its traditional cuisine uses products that could be grown in a small mountainous region away from the sea. Such products are cereals, certain root vegetables, fruits, apples, quince and berries, almonds, and other nuts, and farm animal products.

Andorra’s gastronomy is strongly influenced by French and Spanish cuisine, ands in particular by the Catalonian region, which borders with Andorra.

Today a large variety of dishes from many countries are served in Andorra’s restaurants.
